Who are A&Z Apiaries?

A & Z Apiaries was founded in 1980 by myself, Adam

Fuller, and was soon joined by my wife Charlene in

1982. As we begin our 42nd season, we have

become a large and reliable source for

locally produced honey in Eastern CT. We have

achieved this by remaining on the cutting edge of

management and production strategies.

We currently own and manage 200 colonies of honey

bees in Windham, Tolland and New London counties in

Connecticut as well as 150 colonies in Duchess

County, New York. Our goal is to produce the finest

local honey available using progressive practices.

The purpose of this web site is to make our honey and

bees wax products available to wholesale and

retail customers as well as share our knowledge and

enjoyment of beekeeping.

Beekeepers Assn, important management

procedures, links to sites with similar philosophies, as

well as regular essays related to our beekeeping
